   • Government is formed with collection of Idiividuals i.e Govt itself is mirror of individual however govt is not acting to protect the Individual rights i.e. Govt should take the side of people, individuals. There are three different instances where it has not taken the side of individual which is a question mark on Constitutional Framework and its long stability.
   • CASE 1  : Case on Marital Rape – govt as opposed the move to criminalize the Marital Rape despite both being the same type of offense.
   • CASE 2 : Akhila Case, Kerala –  Hindu girl married to Muslim in Kerala whose marriage is anulled by HC, govt argued that some adult can not take the right decision, however constitution provide the right to decide for adult.
   • CASE 3 :Right to Privacy, Judgment – Govt has argued that  right it privacy is not fundamental right, ideally govt should support it however it has argued negatively.

4. In the Air – No Fly List Issue 
   • Govt has recently issue notification to no-fly-list where depending upon the offense passengers wont be allowed to travel for 3 month to lifetime.
   • This should be used as Deterrent – it should not be misused the the airlines.

5. Why Philip Curve Dost Not  Work
   • What is Philips Curve
     • Italian economist WH Philips has given the philips curve which says  – Inflation and unemployment are inversely proportional i.e. when inflation increased -Unemployment will reduce.
     • Underlying Logic is –  Wages are variable, so workers refuses to accept the lower wage when inflation is lower, when inflation is high they accept the higher wage.
     • This has been the most used formula by various central banks – they decide their money infusion based on the inflation and employment data.
   • Recent paper published by Federal Bank of Philadephia ( USA, New Jersy) – It contradicts the Philips curve which is not valid in 2017 – “Inflation and Unemployment can co-exist”.
   • The Stagflation of 1970 proves the above theory as well.
   • Writer argues that loose monetary policy can also lead to economics distortions.

1. FSSAI Launched Nationalwide Online Platfrom – FoSCoRIS
   • This will ensure monitoring of food quality, regulations, compliance of food and Safety and hygiene standards.
   • Complete FSAAI – (Food Safety and Standard Authority of India ) departments including states commissioners, food inspectors – food safety officers including food businesses would be  made online.
   • There will b real time basis sharing of data, sampling etc, it will help removing corruption done by food inspectors.

5. Complete Details About Sir Creek Dispute
