We are going to tell you another motivational story of Arushi Sharma who cracked the CSE exam in her first attempt. UPSC conducts various examinations every year. CSE (Civil Services Examination) is also a part of UPSC exam. As we all know, it is one of the difficult exams.
CSE is an exam which is used to recruit IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IPS (Indian Police Service), IRS (Indian Revenue Service) etc.
Arushi Sharma cleared this toughest exam in her first attempt by her hard work. She got a 292 rank, which is a good rank for the candidates.

FAMILY BACKGROUND
Arushi comes from a very open family. Her parents made her very independent. Her parents supported her in every situation and in every decision. Her mother is her motivation. Her mother always tried to make her happy and teach her to be positive and hard working in any situation.
She is a science student and she was very dedicated towards her studies. She is an enthusiastic person she loves to watch movies and likes to listen to classical music. She was a science student but physics is not her cup of tea. She does not like physics. She is very interested in reading books, novels, motivational books etc. She has a very fun loving nature. She always tried to learn new things and ready to make her own decisions.
She told in one of her interviews that she worked hard a lot. She stated that she was like: “The fool did not know it was impossible so he did it”. She was like that fool, she doesn’t have any idea about the exam preparation but still, she started her preparation. She remained focused on her decision.
She motivated everyone by saying that “If I can do it anybody with a decent will to hard work can”. Anyone who is willing to do hard work can crack the exam. After completing her engineering she made her decision that she wants to clear the exam with her hard work and dedication.
She also said that she was unknown to this field, she does not have any idea about where to start and what to do. But she remains calm and finds her way to achieve her goals. She used many books and takes help of newspapers for the preparation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
She was a bright student from her school days. She was very extrovert and a good learner. She completed her schooling through Science and get good marks.
After completing her schooling she moves to do Engineering. She completed her Engineering at BITS-PILANI Goa Campus. She was also a bright student in her engineering.
After completing her engineering she decided to prepare for the UPSC examination. She started preparing for it in 2014. She took admission in a coaching institute for her preparation. She used to go to Vajiram and Ravi Coaching Classes.
STRATEGY
The strategy is an important thing which helps you to be focused and dedicated. A strategy is a plan which will help you to understand that what direction is good for you and what amount of time you needed to make your career successful.
She was a good reader, she loves to read books, motivational stories, spiritual books but she was not at all interested in reading newspapers. But still, she started reading newspapers which further she found it very helpful and interesting. She used to make notes from the newspapers. She wants to clear the exam so, she made a timetable for her daily schedule. Timetable helped her in her preparation. You can also take help from her timetable.

7:00 – 8:00 a.m.: Reading the newspaper while traveling in metro

MOTIVATION & STRATEGY
She is an example of motivation and dedication to all the women. She had proved that hard work is all you need to succeed in your life. She motivated all other girls towards her career.
She said that there are some key points or strategy you need to follow to clear your examination. These are some strategy she follows and you can also follow them and make it to your examination.
1. Cutting Down from Social Media
As we all know that social media is playing very important role nowadays. We use social media for various purposes. But when you open the social media you just get distracted after some time and moved in other direction from the right direction. For instance, we opened a Facebook page for some general knowledge purpose but after some time you will see yourself seeing some entertainment videos. So just uninstall the social media apps for some time, you will come back to it after your preparation.
2. Reward Yourself
You have to be motivated. You can give yourself some gifts or rewards like after completing some preparation you can hang out with your friends, spend time with your family. You can set an objective for you day to day timetable, after competing your objective you can reward yourself by watching a movie. This will keep you refreshed and focused.
3. Do Not Miss Classes
We all are very lazy in learning and doing new things. So, make sure that if you have joined a coaching class so attend all the classes. It will help you to remain updated. It will also help you in making notes easily.
Be regular to your classes, be true to your hard work.
4. Follow Timetable
You should make a timetable from the starting day of your preparation. Give time to all things but stay dedicated towards your exam preparation. You have to stick to your timetable. Give time to your studies as well as your health. Follow your timetable and achieve your goals.
