CSE (Civil Services Examination) is also a part of UPSC exam. It is a very prestigious exam in India so, it is also very tough and needs a lot of hard work.
CSE is an exam which is used to recruit IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IPS (Indian Police Service), IRS (Indian Revenue Service) etc.
Shweta Chauhan cracked the exam in her few attempts and make everyone proud. IAS Officer is a dream of many young candidates and Shweta made her dream come true by her efforts and dedication.

EARLY LIFE
She is a very confident girl, from her younger days she knows what she wants. She always had a dream to become an IAS Officer. And in this decision, her parents always supported her. They never put pressure on her to join any other company, they always motivated her towards her preparation.
She was born and brought up in Ghaziabad. But later on, to pursue her dreams she moved to Delhi and completed her studies. Her father is an Army officer who always taught her to be disciplined and focused. He has been a great motivation for her towards her journey. Her mother is house maker. She also motivated her towards her preparation. Her mom supported her on every stage and told her to never give up.
She was brought up with the thought that never stops dreaming, always dare to dream and make your dreams come true. Her parents also taught her to fight against any situation. The always fighting spirit helped her a lot during her preparation. You need to be focused and dedicated to this preparation.
In her one of interviews, she told that she always wanted to become an IAS Officer. She started preparing for UPSC when she was in last year of her college. She was a good student but she dedicatedly gave a year to this exam and finally after a lot of hard work she gets successful in her journey.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
She is a very bright student from her school days. She is very extrovert and always ready to learn new things. She is very interested in her studies. Her parents taught her to be focused on her studies, and she always respected the decision of her parents.
As she was born and brought up in Ghaziabad, so she did her schooling from a school at Ghaziabad. She was loved by her teachers also. She got 96% in her 10th standard and makes her parents proud. In her 12th standard, she got 94% and again made her parents proud. She was a science student during her school.
As she was a science student so she wanted to continue her interest. She was interested in Physics, so she opted for B.Sc (H) Physics. She got admission at Hindu College and completed her graduation from Delhi University. She completed her graduation in 2013. She started preparing for CSE in 2012 when she was in the last year of her graduation.

STRUGGLE
She had to do a lot of hard work during her preparation. Your dreams do not come true from magic, you have to do a lot of hard work for it, and you have to struggle for it. She also had done struggle while she was preparing for Civil Services Examination.
1st Attempt:
She always wanted to be an IAS Officer so, she took a step forward towards her dream. She decide to give examination. But unfortunately she was not selected as an IAS in her first attempt. She cleared the exam but she got Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) and this was not suitable for her. She was not satisfied with her first attempt, but she didn’t lose hope.
2nd Attempt:
As she was not satisfied with her first attempt, so she again prepared her for the exam and gave a try. This time also she got selected but in Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and again this was not what she wants. She always dreamed of an IAS so, how could she settle for less.
3rd Attempt:
She never gets disheartened by her failures. She again started preparing for the UPSC Exams. When she gave the exam she was quite confident that she will be selected as an IAS this time. When she gave her third attempt, she got selected as an IAS Officer. Not only she cleared the exam but she also becomes one of the national toppers and made her parents proud.
To pursue her dreams it was quite tough for her but she never stops trying and never lose hope.

During her preparation, she used to follow a strategy. You have to follow some correct things to make your dream come true. Always make a strategy effective so that it will help you to stay motivated and dedicated.
The strategy Shweta followed during her preparation is as follows:
Time Table
It is very important to manage your time properly. Make a timetable according to your capacity and needs. Make a timetable which will help you to stay fresh also. Managing time can help you to know what will be suitable for you and where you need to work. Time management is an important strategy which will help you achieve success.
Smart Optional subject
Always choose an optional subject which you are comfortable with. Never choose an optional subject in which you are not interested. Optional subjects play an important role, it will help you to score well.
The optional subject should be the one which you found interested and enjoy reading.
Watch Your Hobbies
Always be smart while you are writing your hobbies, as it will help the other person to know about you. The interviewers will ask questions from you regarding your hobby. So, always write a hobby which you have a knowledge of.
As Shweta mentioned visiting old age home as her hobby, so the interviewers asked her questioned about old age home like what is the reason of increasing old age home? and What are the problems old age people face?
