   • Wifi Dabba – Bangalore startup already providing similar kind solution to people like Bakery, Chai shops etc.
   • Are the Location of PDO are comfortable for women ?
   • • In urban areas also we cant find women at chai shops, rarely we see them either at railway station of childrens school
     • So better to find out the hot spot places gender neutral.
   • Women prefer to use mobile phone rather then public wi-fi hotspot as it is not location friendly to them.

2. Need of Universal Medical Care
   1. Talks about opposition to NEET and how can we provide equal health service to rural people and remove urban competition for heath care services
   2. Issues :
      1. 75% of doctors are working in private hospitals in urban
      2. most private medical colleges takes admission of elite class with donation leading to low quality doctors being produced
      3. No of doctors are lesser then required
   3. Solution :
      1. Provide a common neet like exam and hire each doctors as govenmnet servant and let them provide the health service equally like Universal health mission in U.K.

3. Development must be climate smart – Regarding recent rains, flood in mumbai, houston etc.
   1. There are several flood in mumbai, channai, mount abu and harvey in houston recent times
   2. Why We need analysis :
      1. During Extereme weather condition – local bodies can be planned accordingly
      2. Emergency team can work accordingly.
      3. New planning of city can be effectively done considering weather condition in mind.
   3. Cause of Extreme Rain :
      • Rain water are mostly absorbed, rest perculate to ground water and rest flow to river
      • However due to urbanization, road, construction on reiver bed lead to lesser area left for water to absorb and flow.
      • Construction of Dams, Subsiding of Soars etc lead to high flow of water to lower area of river.
      • Our Development model is not climate friendly as it is against the nature
      • anthropogenic climate change and extreme events in particular locations is called “attribution”.
      • Texas heat wave in 2011 and Russian heat wave in 2010 were due to human interference in climatic development.
   4. Solution Ahead :
      • Development should be climate smart
      • remove the lake bed encroachments etc

4. North Korea Issue – Why North Korea is challenging USA
   • NK recently launched 6th Nuclear tests and ICBM previously.
   • Past Tests :
   • • Kim Jong-il conducted 16 tests between 1994 to 2011
     • On July 4 it tested ICBM.
     • Under Kim missile tests have been increased exponentially.
   • Nuclear Crisis in the Past
   • • NPT – Non-Prolification Treaty was signed by NK.
     • After leadership change NPT was extended till 1995.
     • Bush canceled the gant in aid in 2002 and NK quit NPT in 2003.
     • Six Party Talk –
     • • Russia, SK,Japan,China, USA, NK started in 2005
     • NK tested it first test in 2006.
   • Resovling the Issues :
   • • Due to Libya War and Iraq – NK moved fruther towards military power increase.
     • NK’s trade depend upon China- 90% of trade
     • NK gets irritaed by US millitary presence in SK and Japan.
     • NK trust allias China is slipping away from its hand.
   • Way Ahead :
   • • Global leaders has to accept NK’s nuclear powers and start dialog.
     • Both Korea need to get re-united
